Review policy

Review policy according to European Directive on modernisation of consumer protection (OMNIBUS). The reviews that appear on our website come from real guests who have actually booked a stay with us. We apply the following guidelines:

  • Only our guests receive an email after their stay at one of our locations with the possibility to leave a review, this is never directly posted. After receiving the review, we check whether the details correspond with the booking details.
  • Reviews are never posted immediately, they are always checked first for spelling and language.
  • We do not use sponsored reviews.
