Description

🏡 The Residence – Luxury & Wellness for Four Guests

In this comfortable SPA Residence, you can truly unwind. Spread across two floors, you’ll enjoy luxury, privacy, and your own wellness moments – with a Finnish sauna, sunshower, and bathtub all within reach.

Downstairs, you’ll find a stylish living room with a seating area, smart TV, and French doors that open to the outdoors. The solid wooden dining area connects to a modern, fully equipped kitchen. In the hallway, there’s a separate toilet and the first bathroom with a sunshower.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double box-spring beds – one on the sunny south side, the other facing north. You’ll also find a second bathroom with a bathtub and a second toilet. The private Finnish sauna completes the experience. On both sides of the chalet, balconies offer beautiful views of the surrounding nature.

You can park your car right by the front door. A stylish and complete retreat for anyone seeking relaxation in any season.

Located near Hermagor and the Millennium Express gondola, and within walking distance of the Gail River. Easily accessible via main roads – no narrow or steep mountain passes.

Carinthia offers both peace and activity: skiing and cross-country skiing in winter, hiking and swimming in summer. With Italy and Slovenia nearby, day trips are easily made.

About the park

Clofers is located in the Nassfeld ski area, near the PresseggerSee, a beautiful lake in Austria.

At Clofers you are not just on a holiday, we would like that you look forward to your holiday with pleasure and you will remember only happy thoughts about your stay with us. Our chalets are designed with great care from our passion for Austria and wintersports. Important here is the living comfort, both inside and outside; sufficient bedrooms, comfortable living room and kitchen, but with the authenticity of the houses in Austria.

The modern and warm interior of our chalets will make you feel right at home. In the morning, your sandwiches will be delivered to your front door entirely according to your own wishes and you can enjoy a delicious breakfast before you set out in the area. Whether you like wintersports, want to enjoy the sun in the summer, prefer hiking, are looking for peace or adventure; there is something for everyone to do in the vicinity of our parks.

At our location in Rattendorf we offer 45 chalets, the different types of finishing create a playful character on the park.

  • The chalets are oriented to the south and all have a view of the mountains and in the winter on the ski slope and all are very comfortable.
  • We have taken into account that there is enough space inside and outside.
  • Make use of your own kitchen, spacious living room, bathroom equipped with a spacious shower and sink. The toilets (upstairs and downstairs) are separate.
  • Relax in the comfortable bedrooms. All chalets have 2 or 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed.
  • All chalets have a private parking space, with the possibility to park two cars and private entrance with access to your accommodation.
  • Outside you can enjoy the sun on one of the balconies or in your garden. All chalets are equipped with a complete garden set.

Right next to our park in Rattendorf is the Clofers "Wohnzimmer bei Reiter" where you can enjoy while the kids are playing.
Our chalets are also very easy to reach. You don't have to drive through difficult mountain passes, but can reach the park via well-traveled main roads.

 

About the surroundings

The village of Rattendorf is about 2 kilometers from the Millennium Express, the longest gondola in Austria. The ski bus will drop you off right in front of the gondola entrance. Of course you can also go by car. Within a few minutes you are at the parking lot where the Piccolo Express drives you back and forth. In winter, the Millennium Express takes you directly to the beautiful ski area of ​​Nassfeld with 110 kilometers of ski slopes and lots of sun!

In the summer you can enjoy the mountains, the beautiful views and many different activities in the mountains. Nassfeld is the perfect destination for holidaymakers who enjoy spending time in nature. The region is characterized by a diverse mix of landscapes: mountains, valleys and crystal clear lakes, fed by spring water from the Carnic Alps. If you opt for a sporty holiday, you can use a large network of routes for hikers and mountain bikers. The dense network of hiking trails in Carinthia is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. For those who want to experience even more action on holiday, there is also the possibility to practice mountain sports, including rock climbing.

The PresseggerSee is about a 15-minute drive from your chalet. In the summer it is wonderful to stay here on and in the water, but renting a pedal boat/canoe/sub or taking surf lessons is also possible. Prefer to go to the pool? An outdoor swimming pool is also a 5-minute drive away. Or go for a day trip to Slovenia or Italy.

For shopping, you can drive a few kilometers to various supermarkets in the area. And if you don't feel like cooking, you can visit our 'Clofers Cafe bei Reiter' at the Relax Residences Rattendorf park, or use our take away. Here you can enjoy delicious Austrian dishes. Our tip? Enjoy a delicious Cordon Blue, the Lachsrösti or an oven-delicious pizza!
