This exclusive two-storey apartment offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday in the Austrian Alps. From the spacious panoramic terrace, you’ll enjoy sweeping views of the Nassfeld–Tröpolach valley, where the sun sets beautifully behind the mountains. The large open-plan kitchen and living area is perfect for cooking together, sharing drinks, or simply unwinding after an active day outdoors.
With four generously sized bedrooms – including a master bedroom with a balcony and private Finnish sauna – there’s plenty of space for families or groups of friends. Upon arrival, your beds are already made: two comfortable box-spring beds and three bunk beds ensure everyone enjoys a good night’s sleep. Two bathrooms and separate toilets provide extra comfort and privacy during your stay.
In winter, you can ski right up to the door. In summer, step outside and start your hike or mountain bike ride. Your car is sheltered under the carport, and skis can be stored in the heated ski room.

Sonnleitn is located in the heart of the Nassfeld area, with the gondola just steps from your door. In winter, you can ski directly to your apartment. In summer, the mountains are ready for you to explore by foot or bike. A supermarket and several restaurants are nearby. Italy is just a few minutes’ drive away – perfect for a day trip or pizza lunch.
