This luxurious two-storey apartment is perfect for those who appreciate comfort, nature, and breathtaking views. The panoramic terrace overlooks the Nassfeld–Tröpolach valley, where the sun sets beautifully behind the mountains. The modern open-plan kitchen and living area is spacious and cosy – ideal for cooking together, playing games, or relaxing after a day outdoors.
There are three generously sized bedrooms: two with comfortable box-spring beds, and one with a box-spring bed and either one or two bunk beds – ideal for larger families or groups of friends. Step directly from the master bedroom into your private Finnish sauna on the terrace – ultimate relaxation with a view.
With two bathrooms and separate toilets, all the comfort you need is at your fingertips. Your car is parked under the carport, and skis are stored in the heated ski room.

Active Apartments Sonnleitn consists of 12 stylish apartments surrounded by nature. All are south-facing and located directly on the slopes of the Sonnleitn lift. Here, you’ll enjoy peace, space, and comfort – always with panoramic views over the valley.
📍 Location & Accessibility
The park is located in the charming mountain village of Sonnleitn, with the ski lift right at your doorstep. In winter, you can ski right to your apartment. In summer, hiking and biking trails start quite literally beside your terrace. Restaurants and a supermarket are close by, and Italy is just a few minutes’ drive away.

In winter, enjoy the expansive Nassfeld ski area with 110 km of slopes. In summer, explore the mountains on foot or by bike, or spend time by the water at nearby Pressegger See. The perfect base for both adventure seekers and those looking to relax.

For breakfast delivery, a quick bite or a pizza, head to Clofers Café “bei Reiter” nearby. The region also offers a variety of restaurants serving Austrian and Italian cuisine.
