What is the weather like in Carinthia?

We enjoy 100 more sunshine hours per year here than anywhere else in Austria. Summers are warm, with lots of sunshine so you can enjoy a wonderful vacation outdoors. The water temperature in the PresseggerSee can reach 28 degrees in summer, so here you can go for a refreshing dip in the clear water. The winters are cold which ensures good snow every year. Due to its convenient location, the slopes in the Nassfeld ski area are also very snow-sure.
