The snow guarantee applies to stays between 5 December 2025 and 31 March 2026.

The snow guarantee comes into effect when all ski lifts at the destination are closed due to a lack of snow.

If the lifts remain closed due to insufficient snow, you may rebook your stay free of charge to another date. This can be done up to 5 days before arrival.

If you rebook to a more expensive period, only the price difference will be charged. If you rebook to a cheaper period, the difference will not be refunded.
- You may use the snow guarantee when no snowfall is expected and/or when the ski lifts (for your stay period) remain closed. The assessment is based on the most recent information provided by the ski area.
