Twelve two-story luxury apartments, each with its own balcony and spacious panorama terrace, a spacious living/dining kitchen with a view and chill corner. On the first floor two double bedrooms, a large master bedroom with balcony and Finnish sauna, plus a luxury bathroom. Upstairs is an entrance hall, separate toilet, laundry room, second living/dining kitchen and bathroom. Furthermore, carport, ski depot at the elevator and pick-up and delivery service from the restaurant.

Our luxury apartments are located right on the slopes of the Sonnleitnbahn. In winter you ski almost to your door, in summer hiking and mountain bike routes start here. From the panoramic terrace you have a beautiful view of the valley and the ever-changing nature all year round. Sonnleitn is a small, authentic Austrian mountain village in the middle of the area, quietly located but fully equipped. A supermarket is nearby, a restaurant next door and Italy with delicious pizza and pasta is just a few minutes' drive away.

Right from your front door you step into the mountains. Choose your own hiking route, follow the trails or find an exciting trail by mountain bike or on foot. In the middle of Nassfeld's summer area, there is a wide variety of activities to discover. Visit the climbing park, come down at great speed on the Pendolino summer toboggan run or visit the Aquatrail on top of the Madritsche. All open elevators in the area are at your disposal for free with the Nassfeld Premium+ Card, which you will receive for free with your stay with us. Cooling can be found not only on the mountain peaks but also in the valley, the PresseggerSee has a water temperature of up to 28 degrees in the summer. Jump into the water, discover the beautiful view in peace and quiet on a sup or rent a pedal boat. The restaurants around the lake provide you with a refreshing drink. Or drive just a little further to the Weißensee, also highly recommended.

The slopes right next door! Snap on your skis or snowboard, hop on the chairlift and enjoy the beautiful slopes from start to finish. In winter, the region offers everything you need to enjoy the snow, sun and fun. With more than 100 extra hours of sunshine compared to other areas, chances are you will have the best time here during every season. Beginners, experienced skiers or families experience fun on the slopes here. Over 110 kilometers of slopes offer plenty of variety and freedom. In the area there are several ski schools with international ski instructors. In the evening, you can go outside and slide down the toboggan run under a clear sky and end the day with a delicious hot mulled wine or chocolate.

Just a few minutes' drive away you will find several supermarkets and all the other amenities you need in Hermagor. Don't feel like cooking, no problem either. You are welcome in the Clofers Cafe "bei Reiter", which is located directly on the park. Take a seat on the terrace in the summer or drink a delicious glass of mulled wine here after the torchlight hike in the winter.
