Twelve luxurious apartments, each on two floors with a private balcony on the sleeping floor and a panoramic terrace of almost 20m². A spacious living/dining kitchen with panoramic views and a trendy chill out area. Lovely spacious bedrooms, with a comfortable box spring are made up for you on arrival. The layout of the ground floor consists of two large double bedrooms of 11m² each and a luxurious master bedroom of no less than 17.5m², with panoramic windows. From this bedroom, you walk directly onto the balcony where the Finnish panoramic sauna is located. Furthermore, there is a spacious, luxuriously completely fitted bathroom with a shower or bath.

The layout of the floor level consists of an entrance hall, second seperate toilet, laundry room with washing/drying machine, a spacious 35m² living/dining kitchen with panoramic windows and a trendy Chill TV corner. Here you will find the second spacious and luxuriouse bathroom with double washbasins and shower.

While the children enjoy the chill corner after a long day outside, you can relax with a drink and look at the beautiful sunset between the treetops of the Nassfeld-Tröpolach valley on your own panorama terrace.

Each apartment has a carport for snow-free parking with a covered passage to the entrance. Skis can be stored in the ski depot next to the lift on the ground floor. In addition, a pick-up and drop-off service is available from the nearby restaurant.

Our luxury apartments are located directly at the bottom of the slope at the Sonnleitnbahn. In winter you can almost ski right up to the door, in summer the most beautiful hiking trails start here or you can take a mountain bike. From the panorama terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley in all seasons. Nature seems to change every moment you look. In this location you will find everything you need and enjoy the many hours of sunshine that the region has to offer in summer and winter. Sonnleitn a small authentic Austrian village is located in the middle of the Nassfeld area. Having a holiday together in peace and quiet, this is possible here and yet you lack nothing. A small supermarket is just a few minutes’ drive away. A delicious restaurant is right next door or drive to Italy in a few minutes and enjoy a delicious pizza or pasta.

Summer in Carinthia
Directly from your front door, you step into the mountains. Choose your own hiking route, follow the paths or find an exciting trail by mountain bike or on foot. In the middle of the Nassfeld summer area, there is a wide range of activities to discover. Visit the climbing park, come down at high speed on the summer toboggan run Pendolino or visit the Aquatrail on top of the Madritsche. All opened lifts in the area are free with the Nassfeld Premium+ Card, which you receive for free when you stay with us. You will not only find refreshment on the mountain tops, but also in the valley, the PresseggerSee has a water temperature of up to 28 degrees in summer. Jump into the water, discover the beautiful view in peace on a SUP or rent a pedal boat. The restaurants around the lake provide you with a refreshing drink. Or drive a little further to the Weißensee, also highly recommended.

Winter in Carinthia
The piste right next door! Click on your skis or snowboard, get into the chairlift and enjoy the beautiful slopes from start to finish. In winter, the region offers everything to enjoy the snow, sun and fun. With more than 100 hours of sunshine extra compared to other areas, there is a good chance that you will have a great time here in every season. Beginners, experienced skiers or families have fun on the slopes here. More than 110 kilometres of slopes offer a lot of variety and freedom. In the area, there are several ski schools with international ski instructors. In the evening, you can take a break from skiing to glide down the toboggan run under a clear sky and end the day with a delicious cup of mulled wine or chocolate milk.
